Charter deposit must be receive within 14 days from booking to reserve your date

A $100 deposit will confirm your 8 hour trip or $200 for an offshore trip.

If customer cancels it must be at least 2 weeks prior to the charter date. Charters cancelled after 14 days prior to trip may result in loss of deposit.

Balance is due in cash before boat leaves the dock.

In the event of bad weather (to be determined by Captain), we will offer alternate dates or refund..

Charters cancelled by Captain due to mechanical problems will be refunded in full or rescheduled.

Bait and tackle provided for all trips
The boat is our home, please respect it as your own.
FOOD: Each person will provide his/her own food and beverage. We suggest prepared food. Have sandwiches made before leaving the dock.
Dress appropriately for weather conditions. Do not forget suntan lotion, sunglasses and camera. Boat shoes or sneakers (white soled) only.
NO FIRE ARMS ALLOWED ON BOARD.
Alcoholic beverages: beer only. Please no glass bottles. No hard liquor. If a party member becomes intoxicated as determined by the Captain, the boat will return to dock without refund. No illegal drugs of any kind. It will be reported to the U.S. Coast Guard.
